Smart Controller – Chris Heino Whether in business or in life, I start with the end in mind and then build the steps to get there. As an EOS Implementer, we start by asking what you want from your business, and then we work together to put the steps in place to help you achieve that goal.
Soon after starting my career in Finance and Accounting, I discovered that what I love doing is helping entrepreneurs organize, scale, and grow their businesses. I joined that experience with an MBA in New Venture Management (Entrepreneurship). I then established a fractional CFO firm specializing in small and medium-sized businesses.
